Position Description

The Private Equity Investment Analyst (Intern) role is a 6-month full-time internship opportunity. The program has an anticipated start date of July or August 2026.

Tasks & Responsibilities (Co-investments, Secondaries and Primaries):

Monitoring Existing Private Equity Investments

Primary fund investments
Secondary fund investments (pricing and execution)
Direct co-investments
Portfolio management and allocation

Supporting the Investment Process

Financial modelling and analysis
Preparation of investment models and memorandums
Quantitative and qualitative analysis of transactions
Market and financial research

Assisting in the Preparation of Marketing Materials

Fundraising and Secondary pitch materials
Market research
Investor reporting materials

Your profile

Top academic performance from leading universities
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Ideally the candidate would have prior internship experience in an investment bank / corporate advisory / private equity / consulting position
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential

Additional Remarks:

This internship is applicable on-site in Singapore and not for remote work.
For foreign students, application is only open to those with a valid student pass for the duration of the internship.
